Permanent Corrosion Prevention & Sealing

Corrosion Prevention

The oil and gas market includes facilities used for the production and transportation of crude oil and natural gas. These include both offshore and onshore drilling facilities, production facilities, storage facilities, and pipelines.

Focus on Pipelines

Moderate to harsh immersion service either buried in wet soil or located underwater in the ocean or river. Service temperature is dependent on the transported product. This includes cross-country buried pipelines carrying gas, crude oil, or petroleum products as well as offshore pipelines gathering production for delivery to shore.

Long onshore pipeline systems will include pump stations (liquid lines) or compressor stations (gas lines) to regulate the movement of product through the line.

Each of these stations will have some storage capacity and surface piping. Offshore pipelines can have offshore junction platforms and onshore receiving facilities with storage capacity and surface piping as well.

Other areas:

• Offshore Platforms
• Offshore Drilling Rigs
• Floating Facilities/FPSO
• Onshore Storage Facilities
• Gas Treatment Facilities
• NGL and LNG Facilities
